The use of water during production processes has become a high cost factor. For this reason, Donaldson has developed a range of Ultracool™ process water chillers, which can take care of the cooling in a closed circuit, cooling the water down even below ambient temperatures when necessary. The water chillers can be used to cool down lasers, ozone generators, plastic applications, vacuum pumps, cutting and welding machines, packing & printing machines, X-ray machines just to mention a few.

Ultracool Water Chiller Standard / Superplus
The Ultracool high-efficiency water chiller is designed for the cooling and temperature control of water flow. It chills water down to a pre-adjusted temperature in a heat exchanger by using non-ozone harming refrigerants. The refrigerant gas used is the environmentally friendly and highly efficient R-134a or R-407C. Competitive advantages such as low power consumption, low noise level, motors protected with circuit breakers, flow and level switches as well as an antifreeze thermostat, are just a few advantages you benefit from. Available in mini (cooling capacity 0,7 – 30 kW), midi (cooling capacity 35 – 172 kW) and maxi (260 – 470 kW) ranges. All available as Standard or Superplus (including water tank, pump and internal by-pass) versions. You can select from numerous options to tailor the units to your requirements.
