Housings for Gases_Steam
  • Gas filter housings in industry quality.
  • Gas filter housings made of stainless steel in sanitary quality.
  • Filter housings for aeration and de-aeration.
  • Highest grade gas filters for the highest quality demands.

Donaldson provides filtration solutions for gases and liquids wherever they come into contact with the product during manufacturing, whether it be for chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, electronics, food & beverage, paint, packaging, air gas or water filtration applications. Where quality requirements are exceptionally high Donaldson has a selection of process filters which will enable you to reach maximum purity standards. For these purposes Donaldson supplies pre and sub-micro filters for liquids, sterile filters for compressed air, gases and liquids and sterile air systems. These products guarantee gases and liquids free of impurities, aggressive dirt particles, oil vapours, bacteria, viruses and hydrocarbons.

Ultrapur R-EG
The Ultrapur R-EG has been designed to reach the high requirements when filtering gases such as oxygen, argon, helium or nitrogen. The R-EG guarantees absolute retention rates of particles with a size of only 0.01 µm especially in the semiconductor industry. This pure gas filter consists of a 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel housing with clamp connection and borosilicate fibre as filter media for maximum operating temperatures of 120°C at 20 bar. The R-EG point of use filter has been developed for photo paint, ion donation, oxidation/diffusion ovens, water drying and solvent filtration applications as well as for gas supply and automatic control systems.

P-EG
The P-EG stainless steel housing (1.4301 or 1.4404) has been developed for the purification of compressed air and other technical gases, in industrial ranges of applications offering low differential pressure at high flow rates which could be operating flow volumes of 60 to 23.040 m³/h related to 7 bar g. This versatile housing provides you with numerous sizes and filter media selections so you can adapt it to your demands. Maximum operating temperatures of up to 200°C can be achieved depending on the gasket of the housing. A selection of either milk-pipe, thread, flange or welded ends connections are offered. Other connections or larger housings are available on request.

PG-EG
The PG-EG stainless steel housing (1.4404) for gas filtration in sanitary quality is also available in numerous sizes for operating volume flows of 7,5 o 2.700 m³/h related to 1 bar. The upper bowl includes a pharma plug respectively the lower bowl includes a pharma valve. Sterile, depth or membrane filters guarantee retention rates down to 0.01 µm and a special plug connection guarantees a fixed fit. Maximum operating temperatures of up to 200°C can be achieved depending on the gasket of the housing. A selection of either clamp, flange or welded ends connections are offered. Other connections or larger housings are available on request.

Ultradepth P-BE
The P-BE stainless steel housing (1.4301 or 1.4404) for the aeration and de-aeration of sterile storage tanks or containers for transport is also available in numerous sizes for operating volume flows of 4,5 to 2.010 m³/h related to 1 bar. It ensures 100% sterility. You choose from a range of elements with retention rates down to 0.01 µm. A selection of either milk-pipe, flange or clamp connections are offered.
