Easy-Trunk® and Porta-Trunk® Source Collectors
The Donaldson Torit Easy-Trunk and Porta-Trunk are portable weld fume collectors with an 8-foot Flex-Trunk Fume Arm. The Easy-Trunk features a built-in filter cleaning system while the Porta-Trunk is a manual filter cleaning system. Both collectors offer compact size, high filtration efficiency, plug and go operations for intermittent-duty to light production applications. Both of them can easily fit through any standard doorway, just place into position, plug into the wall, flip a switch, and start welding.

Ambient (AT-3000) Collection System
The Donaldson Torit AT-3000 is a self-contained, continuous cleaning ventilation system for use when source capture isn’t possible. Ceiling mounting allows this unit to be placed in a wide variety of sites that were previously inaccessible to high-efficiency dust collectors. Ultra-Web® FR filter cartridges are the heart of the AT-3000 and ensures that only clean air is recirculated back to your plant.

Trunk® 2000 (T-2000) Source Collector
The Donaldson Torit T-2000 source collection system is designed to handle one or two welding stations using Flex-Trunk arms and recirculate clean air back to the workplace. It is designed for overhead mounting and is equipped with automatic pulse cleaning for continuous-duty production welding operations.

Weld Bench
The Donaldson Torit Weld Bench combines a robust, #7 gauge work surface with high-efficiency Ultra-Web® FR filter cartridges. The Weld Bench utilizes four Ultra-Web cartridges with highest filtration efficiency of 99.999% on 0.5 µm particles.

Extraction Arms
The Donaldson Torit Flex-Trunk Plus and Flex-Trunk (FT-500) Extraction arms capture dust, fume, and mist away from the worker’s breathing zone. Virtually maintenance free, Flex-Trunk 500 is a nominal 6” diameter and 7’ to 14’ long, and is the standard arm on all Donaldson Torit fumes collector products. Flex-Trunk Plus is offered in dimensions of 4”, 6”, and 7” diameters and 7’, 10’ and 14’ long. Donaldson Torit Extraction arms are the easiest to position and require the least maintenance of any arm on the market.

DFPRO™ Collectors
The Donaldson DFPRO™ collectors are expertly engineered dust and fume collectors for various applications including the laser cutting market. DFPRO™ collectors use oval filters making filtration more efficient, compact and cost-effective. Two DFPRO™ designs are available ranging from a small 3-filter model to a large 16-filter model.

 Downflo® Oval 1™ Collectors
The Donaldson Downflow Oval 1™ dust and fume collector provides a 25% increase in airflow capacity, improved airflow path and 29% increase in pulse cleaning pressure in a compact, high-efficiency collector using unique, oval-shaped filters. There are 26 Downflo Oval 1™ models ranging from DFO 1-1 to DFO 4-128.

The Donaldson Siloair Series VS range consists of six units with filtration areas from 10m2 to 28m2 and can be applied to provide the right solution to silo-venting problems. Silo cartridges are manufactured of spun-bonded polyester media pleated and moulded into a star-shaped based resulting in optimum filtration area and cleaning performance.
