Overview
During the compression process air undergoes a number of important changes:

the reduction in air volume causes the temperature to rise

the air becomes saturated with water vapour

the concentration of atmospheric pollutants such as dust and fumes is increased

contaminants such as oil, carbon, metal particles and acids are added by the compressor

All these changes are detrimental to the efficient operating of the compressed air system.
Rawsen RF Series compressed air filters offer a simple and cost effective solution to the removal of contaminants from the compressed air system.

	Replacement Filter Elements Finite filter elements are imported in bulk and finished locally. Replacement elements for the following major filter manufacturer’s are stock items:


	Atlas Copco Compair Domnick Hunter Hiross Ingersoll Rand Pall Tegnon Walker Wilkerson Zander No adaptions to filter housings are necessary and micron ratings and performance compare favourably with original part.


	Timer-Controlled Drain Valves Failure to carry out regular draining of separators, filters and air dryers will result in water carryover to the piping system Range Benefits:


	Jorc TEC timers available in various configurations Solenoid valves are Y-strainer protected to prevent blockage Sequential controller can drain up to four outlets


	Breathing air filter packs Delivers compressed air which will conform to SABS standard 019 of 1985 for breathing air (based on an oil inlet load of less than 40 ppm) Available in 2 configurations:


	Wall mounted, two stage breathing set for upto four users Box mounted (portable), twostage breathing set for up to four users
