Ultrapolydepth PP-TF The depth filter Ultrapolydepth PP-TF removes particles from water and aqueous solutions. The Ultrapolydepth is a pleated polypropylene filter with an in and outer guard of polypropylene. The retention rate extends from 1 µm to 50 µm. PP-TF filter elements have an exceedingly high dirt hold capacity as well as high flow rate with a low differential pressure.

Ultramesh P-SM The particle filter Ultramesh P-SM for the pre and final filtering of aqueous solutions, water and other liquids and gases, consists of a regenerable stainless steel mesh, with stainless steel outer guard and end-caps. The retention rate extends from 5 µm to 250 µm. The P-SM is suitable for high viscosity liquids and can withstand a differential pressure of up to 5 bar and can be used for temperatures up to 150°C, with welded end caps up to +200°C. The element can be regenerated by means of an ultrasonic bath or back-flush.

The filter media polyethersulfone is inherently hydrophilic and distinguishes itself by having an asymmetrically designed highly porous structure and the pore size steadily decreases towards the centre of the medium. The Ultrabev offers absolute retention rates of 0,2 µm and 0,45 µm and is highly passive to protein adsorption. The filter media is non-fibre releasing and thermally welded without the use of binders or additives. The Ultrabev allows for extremely high flow rates at low pressure. It is fully integrity testable in water.

Ultrafiber PP-FC The Ultrafiber PP-FC is a melt blown microfiber polypropylene depth filter for water, liquids or chemicals. Nominal retention rates of 1 µm up to 150 µm are covered. The filter element distinguishes itself by its asymmetrically designed filter matrix. This results in exceptional dirt-holding capacity, higher flow capacity with a comparatively lower differential pressure and increased filter life. The filter element meets the requirements of the FDA for food and beverage contact, no fibers are set free and it does not contain binders or any other chemical additives.

Ultrafiber PP-FC 100 The Ultrafiber PP-FC 100 is a absolute rated spun bonded polypropylene depth filter ideal for use as water filter, chemical filter and trap filter. Absolute ratings ranging from 0.5 up to 180 µm. The element has a high void volume resulting in exceptional dirt-holding capacity and low differential pressure. The filter element meets the requirements for drinking water applications, electrophoretic paint applications and public water supplies. A thermal bonding process stops media migrations and no resins, binders or anti static agents are used.
