Condensed liquid and dirt create a number of serious problems including:
 

  • Contamination of product
  • Spoilage of product quality
  • Increased wear in pneumatic machines
  • malfunctioning of pneumatic valves and controls
  • internal corrosion of compressed air piping
     

In many cases the use of a compressed air dryer is necessary, Rawsen has two types available – refrigeration and desiccant.

Desiccant air dryers
Rawsen Range Benefits:

  • These are also known as heatless regenerative or pressure swing dryers.
    Dew point of -3°C PDP as standard, lower dew points on request
  • Flow rates from 6 to 1120 l/s FAD @ 7 Bar
  • Wall mounted “point of use” dryers complete with pre and after filters for protection of sensitive machines
  • Free standing dryers with pre and after filters complete with bypass piping system
